We do not share any customer information with any third parties. The only information we keep on file is that which you furnish at time of purchase or opting in by email.
We do not wish to pester you and prefer to only have mailing lists which include only genuinely interested customers. If you would like to receive any newsletters, information about offers or promotions please opt in, otherwise we cannot keep in touch.
We do not hold any card details at all as all payments are made by a secure third party payment gateway.

We do our best to respond to emails the same day.
All our deliveries are made by Special Delivery, a signed for service which in the UK runs to £6.45 for up to 100g and £7.25 for up to 500g.
For the rest of the World, please go through the purchase procedure to let the system advise you of the cost of shipping, it's so much easier for you to do it that way.
We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours.
We normally ship orders in the order in which they are received but if you have an urgent requirement please call us on the contact mobile +44 (0) 7973 406067 and we will do our best to help.
Your delivery address: To ensure quick delivery please furnish us with your full, officially formatted, un-abbreviated or personally customised address.
Failure to do so can cause at least a 48 hr delay while we bring your 'unshippable' package back to the office, contact you for clearer information, amend your shipping label and re-send it to the post office.
Our shipper: Royal Mail Special (next day) Delivery or the International Signed For service in order to ensure proof of delivery.
Your contact number: We ask that you provide your phone number only to enable us to call you should there be a problem with the details you have provided for delivery. We will definitely NOT use it for follow up sales calls and will certainly never share it.
International sales and UK sales tax/V.A.T.
Please note that for Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the United States we have have applied automatic discounts of 20% on order over the value of £50 to remove the UK sales tax/V.A.T. I
If you find your country is not included, we'd be happy to install a discount to save you the 20% UK sales tax.

If you are not completely satisfied with the condition of your order you may return it within 7 days in its original packaging with your reason for the return and receive a full refund.
Please drop us an email to let us know it's on its way and return the goods by a signed for service, and keep the proof of posting/receipt.
We regret we can only refund you the cost of the purchase and do not refund the cost of postage.
